Visual Spectra 2.1
Visual Spectra is the software for SEC2000. The minimum recommended PC configuration, for the
instalation of the Visual Spectra 2.1 is Pentium 120 MHz, RAM 16 MB with more than 256 color
VGA card. 486 PC is also compatible while the data process speed of CPU could be caused.
Calibration mode
Using the calibration mode, you could have the concentration analysis for two ways. The concentration
of the sample could be obtained by baseline method or by the absorbance calue at a single wavelength.
If your measurement analysis has a baseline method, in this case the noise will not influence the result.
For non-distinct and unclear absorption peak, you could determine the absorbance at the sinle wavelength.
Real time Monitoring
The oxidation of potassium Ferrocyanide at 800 mV vs Ag/AgCl was measured by absorbance mode
using SEC2000.
